A final cleaning is provided at the end of your stay with us, this service is included with your rental cost. We provide all linens and towels. Please take just your beach towels.
We will be pleased to provide the following items on request for your additional comfort:

Individual controls enable guests to regulate temperature in their room. Balcony and terrace doors must be properly closed to allow mechanism to function. Please set to your comfort.
Transportation to / from the airports : Split and Zadar can be arranged by Taxi.

The Roko bar is located on the ground floor. Morning coffee or evening drink–we will be happy to serve you.
How far is the beach? Just 1 minute walk from the apartments, approx. 200m. If you don't like our main beach, there's a lot of smaller,more private beaches all along the bay.

When booking through our website , we guarantee, that you will get the best available rate.
Breakfast is served in your room or on the terrace of our restaurant (after prior arrangement) from 8.00 till 10.00. You will find a Room Service Breakfast Order form & Menu in your room. Should you require an earlier or later breakfast, please let us know.
Cancellations conditions: The amount of the prepayment is only refunded in case of cancellation 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation that is done 29 days or less, deposit is not refundable.
Check-In, Check-Out Time
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
Hair dryers are available in all guestrooms and are located in the wardrobe.

Should you require ice in your room it can be obtained from our Bar on the ground floor.
We provide wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access in every room and pool area.
For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations possible, pets are not permitted.
The swimming pool will be held open depending on weather circumstances and bathing season. Holidays Roko reserves the full right of closing the pool due to technical reasons and cleaning. Pool is located on the roof of the building and is provided for the enjoyment of our guests. Children must be accompanied by a guardian. There is no lifeguard on duty so please familiarize yourself with the posted safety rules. Swim at your own risk.
Price includes: VAT, residence tax, air condition, Wi-fi, use of swimming pool, final cleaning, linen change 1 per week , change of towels - 2 per week. All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis.
Roko Grill Restaurant
Our Roko Grill Restaurant serves great food during summer season. After the season we can cook for you as well. Just let us know earlier what is your choice from our menu, we will go to the market, get it fresh for you and prepare your perfect meal.
Reservation is confirmed after payment of 20% of the total reservation amount.
For those who prefer the privacy of dining in their room, we offer selection from our a’la carte restaurant menu in the restaurant working hours. Please contact us with your order.
Special requests can be made when making your booking. Requests for cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please contact us directly.
Tap water at Holidays Roko is sourced from a Krka River and is amongst the cleanest and safest in Croatia.
